Adhesive tape solutions for lithium industry

• High-Temperature Resistant Tape

• Termination Tape
  A unique electrolyte-resistant acrylic or rubberized pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on PET (polyester) or PP (polypropylene) film. • Blue Film Tape

• Process Protection Film

Good light transmittance, excellent stiffness, easy to die-cut, no residual adhesive. Protect the appearance of the battery cell during the assembly process.

• Flame retardant double-sided adhesive
  Mainly used for bonding components such as foam. FPC bonding, FFC, PCB bonding; heating pad bonding; cell-to-cell bonding; insulating sheet bonding; cell cover bonding; mica/aerogel, and other fireproof materials bonding.
• Side panel hot press insulating film
  It is a single-sided hot-melt tape, hot-pressing and laminating on the inside of the battery PACK to insulate the battery and the shell.
• Thermally Conductive Gasket
  Thermal interface materials, thermally conductive spacers fill the air gap between the heat-generating device and the heat sink or metal base. Their flexible, elastic characteristics allow them to be used to cover very uneven surfaces. Heat is conducted from the separating device or the entire PCB to the metal casing or diffuser plate, which can increase the efficiency and lifetime of the heat-generating electronic component.
• Expansion Tape
  Oriented Polystyrene Films resin film is used as the substrate, coated with anti-electrolyte pressure-sensitive adhesive. After the electric core is in the shell, the film has an expansion of about 150-200% under high temperature and electrolyte environment to fill the gap between the inner core and the shell, preventing vibration, and is mainly used in the power tool industry where there is vibration.
• Aluminum Composite Film
  Aluminum composite film is also an adhesive film product. It is the core material for flexible pack batteries.
