BOPET films are ideal materials for audio, video tape substrates, and black films due to their excellent dimensional stability, uniform thickness, and high tensile strength. They are widely used in audio tapes, video tapes, computer tapes, floppy disks, and magnetic cards.

2.Electrical Insulation Films
BOPET films exhibit outstanding electrical, mechanical, thermal, and chemical inertness properties, along with excellent insulation performance and high breakdown voltage. They are specifically used as electronic and electrical insulation materials. Common standard thicknesses include 25μm, 36μm, 40μm, 48μm, 50μm, 70μm, 75μm, 80μm, 100μm, and 125μm, making them suitable for wire and cable insulation films and touch switch insulation films.

3.Metallized Films
BOPET films serve as base materials that, after vacuum aluminum plating and coloring, can be transformed into metallic yarns and gold pull wires. These are widely used in knitwear, embroidery, crafts, and decorative items.
