High Temperature Resistant Adhesive Tape

Polyimide tape
is made of polyesterimide film as the base material and coated with high temperature resistant pressure sensitive adhesive. Polyesterimide film is made of polyester and imide monomer polymerization, both the flexibility of polyester and the high temperature resistance of imide, pressure-sensitive adhesive provides good bonding performance.

Fiberglass Tape
is made of fiberglass cloth coated with high temperature resistant resin and pressure sensitive adhesive. Fiberglass cloth has the characteristics of high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., while the resin and pressure-sensitive adhesive give the tape good adhesive properties.

Polytetrafluoroethylene Tape
Composition: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film as the substrate, generally coated with silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. PTFE has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, low coefficient of friction, etc. Silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive can maintain good adhesion at high temperature.
Performance characteristics: can be used in a wide temperature range of - 200 ℃ - 260 ℃, has excellent chemical stability, almost does not react with any chemical substances, and at the same time has good insulation and low coefficient of friction.
Role: Widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries for pipeline sealing, anticorrosion protection; in the manufacture of electronic equipment, used for wire and cable insulation protection and fixing of high-temperature resistant parts.
Acrylate High Temperature Resistant Tape
Composition: Acrylate polymer as the main body, add various additives such as plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, etc., coated on polyester film, polyimide film and other substrates. Acrylate polymer has good adhesion and weather resistance, and its high temperature resistance can be improved by formula adjustment.
Performance Characteristics: It can be used at 150℃ - 200℃ for short-term use or at 120℃ - 150℃ for long-term use. It has good water resistance, oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, strong adhesion and good bonding effect to many materials.
Role: used in the electronics industry for the temporary fixing of electronic components, the protection of circuit boards; in automobile manufacturing, used for the bonding of automobile interior parts, the fixing of some parts in the engine compartment of the car.
Mica Tape
Composition: Mica paper as the substrate, mica is a natural mineral, with high temperature resistance, good insulating properties and other characteristics. It is usually coated with silicone resin and other high-temperature resistant adhesive on the mica paper.
Performance characteristics: can withstand high temperatures of 600℃ - 1000℃, with excellent electrical insulation properties, arc resistance and chemical stability.
Role: mainly used for wire and cable fire-resistant insulation protection, in the high temperature environment can effectively prevent wire and cable short-circuit and combustion, to protect the safety of power transmission; also used in some high-temperature industrial equipment insulation.
