Lithium battery protective film tape mainly uses PET film and BOPP film as the substrate, coated with acrylic adhesive, used for flexible pack batteries and polymer lithium battery cells in the production process of aluminum-plastic film surface paste and protection. Characterized by high cleanliness, moderate adhesion, no warping when pasting aluminum-plastic film, no damage to the bar code, high-temperature resistance without residual adhesive, scratch-resistant, puncture-resistant, and the product is in line with ROHS standards.

Common lithium termination tapes

Cell (digital) termination tape
Used for termination and insulation fixing of lugs and winding positions of cylindrical and square, small and medium-sized lithium batteries, and large power lithium battery cells, etc. It plays the role of termination and puncture prevention.
PACK High-Temperature Tape
It is used for the sealing and bottom insulation protection of lithium battery cells assembled with steel case, aluminum case, cylindrical, soft pack battery, and power battery, as well as bundling and fixing.
Lug Tape
Used for lithium battery steel shell, aluminum shell, soft pack, cylindrical, and other battery pole ear parts. Wrapping ultrasonic welding point, preventing the welding point from piercing the diaphragm and causing a short circuit of the core; high-temperature resistance, electrolyte corrosion resistance; preventing the internal resistance of the battery from increasing.
Mara Tape
It is used to stick black, red, and blue adhesive on the top and bottom of cylindrical batteries, and it is used in all kinds of battery PACK processes for adhesive wrapping.
Fiber Tape
Special pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with excellent adhesion and special performance, excellent alkali resistance, high tensile strength, and deformation resistance, excellent self-adhesion, insulation, thermal conductivity, and high-temperature resistance. Used for the bundling and protection of small power batteries.
Masking Tape
Mainly used for top sealing in the production process of liquid injection of electric core, good adhesion, high-temperature resistance.
